ChinaSoft Intl was recognized as a Key Software Enterprise under the 2008 National Plan, which was jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Information Industry, Ministry of Commerce and State Administration of Taxation.

Based on the Enterprise Incoming Tax Favorable Policy, which was issued by the State Administration of Taxation, the Key Software Enterprises will be given a preferential taxation during this calendar year; paying a reduced tax rate of 10%.
